Interest rates are OK but customer service is not great and because they are not part of the clearing system in the UK transfers can take upto 48 hours which has proved problematic. There are other banks Tandem and Chase which are better either in interest rates or transfer times or indeed both and with better customer service.

Been with RCI for over a year now and very happy with the set up. Customer services helpful and solve issues quickly in a positive and friendly manner. Account easy to set up and depositing or withdrawals no problems. All of this with good interest rates what isn’t there to like. Would be good to have an app though..

Excellent bank, easy to set up just link to your bank account. Had no problems moving money either in or out. Staff very helpful on service lines and will sort any problem out without passing you to every department they have. Interest rates are very good for instant access and fix term and covered by the AMF, equiv to FSA.
