I was unfortunate enough to get into debt which wescot managed. They have been so understanding, professional and helpful the whole way through. No one wants to be in debt and they’ve made it manageable for me. Thankyou.

The last couple of days this company have sent me texts claiming they’ve been trying to contact me. I’ve never heard of this company before and haven’t had their number call through on my mobile. I’ve emailed them a few times and no response. Bad customer service when I’m trying to find out why they are attempting to contact me.

Reading some of these comments put me at ease. I do not understand why I have been contacted by wescot. They wouldn’t tell me why they texted me unless I give out my personal details. Which is a big no.

Never had any issues with them. Legitimate company. They do call from an automated system occasionally, but once through the automated part, you will always speak to a person who’s happy to help
