Nurse Charm Shepherd deserves mentioning for the excellent, kind, sympathetic and professional care she gave to my wife recently. She approached the need for wound dressing in a far superior way to any other nurses in our recent experience and solved the problem when others had failed. She deserves to be commended

What a pleasant experience I had at MHGP last week when I went for my booster Covid jab. The queue was very well organized and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Ashley made me feel so at ease especially as I am bit nervous with needles. Great service overall.
I have always had issues with this surgery, from them losing my blood tests twice to being on hold for nearly 1 hour as they are always “short staffed” however when I go in person there is always plenty of staff there which seems odd.

Rude and incompetent front staff. It takes ages to even speak to them over the phone, and when you do they are dismissive and mean. Had the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine on sunday at 3.30, and the organisation was fantastic. Very well organised, lots of staff and volunteers helping , it felt calm and easy.
