Because there was no guide, and no headphones were provided, and we didn’t know to bring our own as we attended spontaneously, we basically paid £48 to drive around a city we’d already spent the last few days driving around. We expected a guide or at least an audio commentary.

This is the most expensive bus company I’ve ever had to use, they don’t do student tickets and the ticket prices are extortionate. Be careful when purchasing tickets that are supposed to be compatible with this service because sometimes they won’t accept them and you’ll have to spend another £5 on a single.

Used for many years and their lateness has got worse and worse, especially in the mornings. No apology from the bus drivers too.
