Well my first personal experience was good, the flat is clean, tidy , everything works ,,,, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in the w9 Westminster local office . Can’t ask for more . I mean it’s a houssing association I think some tenants expect a 5 stars hotel 🤡🤡🤡. …

This housing association has disrespectful staff and the lack of customer service is appalling. I don’t believe they coach their staff on calls.

If I could give 0 stars, sadly I would. I’ve never been spoken to as rudely or unprofessionally as the two staff I was spoken to here.
