Honestly can say that the service I received/ the hospital management and staff …

Nurses are very nice but like many aspects of the NHS, you can see it falling …
I can tell that everyone’s story is different. I have nothing but words of praise for the entire team at the Day Treatment Centre though. From the consultant, anesthetics team to every nurse and orderly. I had a laparoscopic surgery. I was …

What an awful place to go. A & E is filthy, nobody cleans up the mess. People lying on the floor screaming in agony and not being seen. Waiting times upwards of 10 hours. This is a place to go to die. You take your life in your hands if …
The nurses in the colposcopy unit were very kind and reassuring. A smear test is never pain free but it helps when you are in the hands of professionals. I’ve also never found that you have to wait too long for an appointment (if you’re …
Let’s just say this is the moat dysfunctional unorganised hospital I have ever had to deal with, so today I called the pre-assessment office to check if my surgery is still going ahead to find out that my surgery was cancelled and no …
Had an operation in Day clinic which I assume went well, given very little information. However the treatment afterwards was abominable , as soon as I woke up I was marched to the toilet by a nurse every 20 minutes to pee so I could be …
Great Hospital. Wonderful cafe offering reasonable, great food, open to public for when you are waiting to visit friends and family. So easy to find from Archway Tube.
I gave birth to my son in this hospital and I HATE everything about it from entering to my checking out day. The nurses were so rude to me and I really say all of them that came into my room to look after me. I ended up with an infection …
We have used this hospital for years and have seen many changes. One thing that doesn’t change however, is the fact that human beings are individuals, and, not everyone can meet our needs in the way that we desire; and this goes for Dr’s …

Whilst at the maternity unit on the 5th floor, I heard what sounded like a trapped bird in the ceiling panels.
When I mentioned this to the help desk, they didn’t take me seriously. Last time I checked birds don’t belong in the ceiling panels on maternity ward.

Nurse Marcus was absolutely horrible. Worst service ever received at this hospital. He was rude and shown disgust on his face upon seeing the patient. There wasn’t one bit of politeness.

Diogo was very helpful. Everyone else ignored me. Every hour they extend the waiting time by an hour right at the time someone is supposed to see you.
Went to dermatology ward here as an outpatient. The head nurse is horrible across my multiple times here. Discharged me without notice because I called to say I couldn’t attend for a couple weeks due to COVID-19. Was generally rude and horrible.
Took fantastic care of my daughter when taken to a and e and then admitted
Doctors work extremely hard. Recuss was absolutely filthy. Worst I have ever seen, terribly unhygienic and dirty. Not a sanitary environment by any means. Toilets un usable. Cleaning staff sitting around on chairs doing nothing. I do not recommend.
The staff is very rude and don’t pick calls. Each department have different numbers. It is the responsibility of Head of Hospital to make sure that staff is answering calls and not putting the phones on hold.
I attended the fracture clinic and Vanessa who runs transport managed to support me from the moment I arrived to the very end. She is a very kind and caring person.

I attended an appointment here today and it’s the very first time using this hospital .Information if needed is at hand and it was nice a clean.
We’ve been waiting since 19:26 atm it is 01:09 and still not been seen. The patient has had early signs of heart attack. It’s been how many hours ?..
I’d like to start saying that unfortunately the Health System in this country isn’t supported as it should be by any government and that reflects the state and service of some GP’s and hospitals. …
Rheumatology department is utterly hopeless. Disorganised and unresponsive. It needs a radical management overhaul to bring it back into shape. Being busy is no excuse for broad incompetence.
I just had the most amazing female team Joy, Isabella and one more lady gave the best possible colonoscopy. They gave me sedative as I asked for and they ensured me everything is going to be okay. In the recovery room the nurses provided …

This is a review regarding the restaurant. I brought chicken curry and rice. They put the curry on top of the rice. The food was soaking in grease. When questioned the owner he said its not oil it’s butter, what’s the difference. It was asking for a heart attack. Never again 😒 yuk …
Had blood tests on the 5th floor. Very friendly staff, only had a 15min wait. Very organised.
Wish I could give the nurse who saw me and fixed me up a hug. She was kind and caring and understood where I was coming from. I’m sorry she understood so well from where from her own experiences but it meant she could be incredible in the circumstances. Keep going all, you offer an amazing and caring service
