Don’t pick up their main phone line and very difficult, or impossible, to find direct lines to departments. This makes it basically impossible to let them know you can’t show up to an appointment which is a waste of NHS resources.

The Acute Medical Unit needs serious advice on how to treat both patient and relatives at end of life care. An absolutely appalling experience at a traumatic time. Rude staff lacking empathy, compassion and just basic kindness. No Communication and caused needless upset.
