Just called to sort out my Council tax and spoke to Pam. Lovely lady and what an excellent service! Even tho, I called 20 minutes before the closing time she was very helpful and sorted everything! What a lovely lady! Thank you!

They have refused to pay me the council tax rebate for some reason, I’m in band A and on an average income and have lived in the house for several years! Every other house on my street qualifies! I just won’t pay the council tax for 2 months to get it back! Disgusting!

Appalling behaviour they will see you on the street and play god. As soon as the dates they should of provided us with accomodation overlapped, which was done internationally by them, they turned nasty and talk to you like dirt so record every conversation you have with them.

Zero help for Homelessness I received a section 21 as my lamlord sold his property I suffer with depression and asthma I’m now sleeping rough there laughing at you no care very poor they really don’t deserve stars

If your homeless with children and need their help don’t waste your breath, they won’t help, they have staff working their that have 0% customer service and think it’s acceptable to speak to you like a piece of dirt, no compassion and down right rude. Dont waste your time!!

I wish the roads could be looked at, the pot holes are terrible everywhere. There are more holes and road in some places
