Horrible experience during pandemic, no proper communication or common sense demonstrated by the parking officers or administrative staff. First told that parking permits are extended and and next you receiving a PCN.

Phoned to enquirer about waste and recycling collection. The phone system was clear and easy to navigate and I didn’t wait too long to get through to support. They were friendly and helpful.

I would just like to thank the lady in the refuse section for arranging for mine & my neighbours bins to be emptied as a result of being missed on the correct day thank you great service much appreciated from kemerton

Useless – even reception don’t answer the phone.

Can hardly get through to speak to someone, phone rings for over 20 minutes and still no-one picks up. Poor.

Waste and recycling service excellent, extremely efficient and value for money.
