Staff are doing a fantastic job look after the less fortunate. If it wasn’t for places like the YMCA there would be many homeless people sleeping rough. Keep up the good work.

The new chef at Claude’s is brilliant, I believe Pam is her name. She was very friendly and helpful!

Some staff are ok but the rest are lazy and dont do anything its unsafe and effecting people mental health and the drug and alcohol abuse is ridiculous dont recommend
