I went in to the Arndale store with my sister today (24/05/2022) and the staff were really good. I needed to get measured and it was done in a way that I was comfortable and was made to feel relaxed. Very different experience to what I had with other stores. I will definitely go here again. Very helpful and lovely ladies. X

Really bad customer service when I tried to return some items at their Arndale store. I lost my online invoice, and instead of advising me that I could get a copy of my online invoice from the customer service, I was told that I can’t make the return since I don’t have a receipt. Finally, I sorted out with their online customer support.

As a larger lady, is it just me or is there a struggle here to find anything that isn’t big and baggy? The adverts show defined waists and busts, but I just found things that made me look like a sack of potatoes. Disappointed with the lack of quality, tailored pieces. Went elsewhere.

Changing rooms are all big sizes so I can easily try clothes on when out shopping with my baby.

Went this morning to buy underwear and the assistant Vicki was an absolute gem and couldn’t have been any more helpful… brilliant customer service and brilliant prices.
