My mum lived in a West Kent house for over 65 years, first with SDC, then with WKH. When she died earlier this year, they acted with sensitivity and were always dealt promptly with repairs. I would like to say Thanks for many Happy times in the house, as a child and while Visiting Mum.

Only been a tenant for 2 years but since moving here from DARTFORD council ,west Kent have been good.

Hi just had a new front door fitted guys were great and i am so please with end result

been without heating for 3 nights and they still have not fixed my boiler. freezing cold winter nights and they don’t seem to care

Always a friendly helper on the end of phone, my problems are delt with very quickly.

Not at all welcoming and the reception staff were quite rude by totally ignoring us on our arrival, they were not on the phone either.

If you like the circus, you’ll love WKH. Lots of jumping through hoops!
