Can I drive directly to the company to collect a package they were supposed to deliver but seem not to?
Avoid!! Del slot 10.15-12.15 they ring at 12.15 saying been delayed with a team meeting n will be 30 mins, my hubby had to return to work so now we are meant to wait 2 wks!!! Absolute shower!! Will never use again! Tracking is a joke as well!!
