Hi Lyndsay. Your surgeon/Consultant will get xray and maybe ultra sound done first if you've not already had them. Then about three to six weeks you get a recall to discuss results. Then it should be fairly quick after that. Maybe three weeks. But it does depend on you asking the salient question. Hope this helps, and praying all goes smoothly and quickly for your hip operation. As far as I am aware. They do CoVid19 tests prior to hosp operations. You would have to phone the hospital direct. However you can order online with the NHS.

You need a 120 going to Ranmoor or Fulwood. Services by First and Stagecoach. Stops on Pond Street at the side of the bus station or (paradoxically) up the hill on Flat Street.

There is a car park. But it can get quite busy so sometimes there not enough spaces.

Any time I should no been going every day for over two weeks after they botched my partners spinal fusion ??

Just dont ring the buzzer and ask for pain relief because it's all in your head you will be told. I could have gone straight home after OP and been in the same pain. It's also your fault theres no night staff over 20 minutes to answer buzzer. Told off for shutting my door ,I was bed ridden. Asked if consultant had seen my xrays and if not where is he by the head nurse. It's the bad stuff that makes it memorable, never again.
