Either using form PA1S on government web site, but takes a long time. If urgent then email the registry. I emailed Brighton registry last week for an official copy of Grant of Probate, and am picking it up today.

If witnesses do not write their full names, but only put initials, does this invalidate a Will?

Probate was granted from your office on 26 02 2018 in respect of late David Charles Scott D. O. D. 25th December 2017.
It is possible that an attempt was made to invalidate this Will.
Please advise if this is the case.

How can i get a copy of the signed will
I have received form IHT421 from HMRC duels stampede by them. Do I send this to my local Probate court or will they have received this from HMRC directly?

Is this caveat still in place?
