Too understaffed to take phone calls. When the phone finally did manage to bypass the automatic message and ring through I heard someone pick up and cancel the call. What an absolute joke of an organisation, leaving people in limbo with no idea how many weeks or months it will take to progress their probate application. Bunch of jokers.

Try finding update on my late grandmother wanted to know how it going but would not tell me as I got to go through the solicitor I spoke to someone on the phone the other day and they was so helpful but this lady today wouldn’t give me no information at all and she laugh
