Not happy, they say to contact dedicated team on number given on answerphone message no answer, no staff working.
Why say, that you have staff working last two days of month until 7pm.

Poor communication….I’ve just tried to pay late payment charge(didn’t know I had been late until annual statement came in) CHL has returned all payments demanding I tell them where my money comes from..disgusted to say the least.

What are this company about??? Tried to pay money off my mortgage and they want proof of all funds and 4 months bank statement!!!! It’s not as though I want to borrow more.

An awful business! The online information doesn’t align with there telephone automated messages. Slow at responding to emails (5+ working days). They make it difficult to pay off your mortgage, and why you may ask?! because by each day they …

WOW these guys are BAD! Totally unethical, immoral and just straight up unfair. We will NOT be advising anyone to use them and we will not buy/sell your property if you have a mortgage with them! Massive thumbs down. All reviews say the same. AVOID!
