You are asking the public via Google questions you must contact them direct. I gave up and went to a experian instead.

Hi kidd, can I suggest using the dispute form on the ClearScore website? I'm sure they'll help you out.

You need to get a full report from experian or equifax for the details Then you will see who it is logged against and you can disassotiate yourself from them

I think doit on purpose cause mine went down for no reason and i was using my cards paying up full amount

Their useless, change to experian I gave up after a year of trying to change me address

Clearscore are not one of the ' credit reference agencies ' that creditors use, when the public make an application for credit. In general I think they're more of a guide. Experian offer a free service.

Your asking the public via google questions. You would need to ask them via their contact page, (email only). Clear score are rubbish, change over to experian I gave up with clear score when my address didn't change after 2 years

Clearscore are NOT a credit reference agency. Lenders will not use clearscore to make lending decisions. Sign up to either experian or noddle as they are bothcredit reference agencies and provide a more accurate service.
