Since Paul Luxon took over as CEO, quality of service has definitely improved however ocean plastics and sea debris aren't engine friendly and can cause technical issues. It's in Condor's best interest as a company to have all of it's fleet running perfectly on time and like any other company would like to see their growth margins grow higher, technical problems and weather related issues prevents this from happening? Believe me, they're not trying to inconvenience you on purpose. CJ
