Could you explain why customers are unable to get through via telephone and why you do not have a direct email address to contact you, instead of the ridiculous generic form that you never answer. WHERE IS MY LETTER YOU SHOULD HAVE SENT 2 WEEKS AGO
Why do you make the process of surrendering an endowment policy so difficult, including slow response, posting documents second class post and claiming documents already sent to you were not included with the other papers you confirmed receipt of?
