I really don’t understand why we need pay , for a non service.
The people answer the phone……after …..long long waiting are rude, unprepared, disgraced service!!!!!!

One of the worse councils around. Unhelpful staff and rubbish value for money. Bin drivers on strike and we are expected to take our own rubbish to collection points. They should reduce the rates to reflect it, but they wont.

Average speed cameras and bike lanes noone uses all over the city road tax and council tax going up year upon year and what do we get as drivers who pay for all of this? Pot holes all over the ring road and city in general. FIX THE POT HOLES,WE HAVE PAID FOR THESE ROADS!!!

The city is generally a shabby run down place with poor shopping. Remember Street Pride and Clean Streets initiatives. Found syringe in car park. No street wardens. Local police told me city Council responsibility and to go website. No point . Will not come here again unless I have to.
