Ordered my sofa from here, fingers crossed it will all go to plan for delivery before xmas. Once I located a sales person the transaction was straight forward and all my questions were asked.

Went to Dwell which has been bought out by DFS so has a separate section within the store.
Excellent customer service and great choice of unusual products. Nice coffee as well!!

Why does it take so long for a replacement chair seat cushion? ordered in July told in October 'the order was missed' I am now being told Jan 2022!! I thought everything was made in England. I could have walked to the factory and collected it.
DFS customer service is absolutely rubbish. I'm still waiting after numerous phone calls for someone to come and solve the problems with my sofas. Which I paid a lot of money for. I waited in for someone to come and they didn't turn up!!!!
Looks like I'm not the only one not happy with the after service. When I'm aware of a problem and being told to let in settle for six months before a service Engineer will touch it. Bloody joke I will not use Dmf
