All good so far, having problems with existing supplier they have put pending ceased on the line, so we have got to have a new line and number, but I am happy with the monthly charge and if they can they will try and get the line in sooner so we are without a phone.

I’m still on basic broadband (fibre has yet to reach my JB). Time will tell however so far so good after some teething problems. My go live date was delayed by approx. 1 week and a rebate has been promised. Since then the reception has been good and more stable than my previous provider.

Having been a customer of Direct Save Telecom , it is the worst provider ever the connection drops that you can use the Internet for a whole day, the landline will be ringing without you knowing who is calling.. So I don't recommend.
