My Dad is there now, not at all what I’d expected. Left alone for long periods of time no dignity not much compassion.

My wife Helen died there in 2012 I could not speak more highly of the treatment and care she was given in the last month of her life the nurses and doctors were very caring towards Helen and myself and family at a difficult time.

My mum sadly passed away earlier this year but could not have asked for more with the time she spent at this hospice. Staff were amazing and truly made a terrible time in our lifes a much easier to deal with. Thank you

The staff at Reading were a great support to our son Kenneth and all his family. They created a friendly loving environment and visiting him was as relaxed as possible in the circumstances. …
