Suddenly water bill has gone up without any notice .

I reported low pressure this morning. It seemed to be fixed within the hour. It is 5.30, again wanted a shower and again water pressure very low. Why am I paying for a service?

Not sure why there have been so many bad reviews, my customer service experience of ESW has been superb. …

not impressed as I was not notified the water would be off untill 8pm, and perhaps beyond tonight. Iam 81 years old. not good enough
