By far the worst and most expensive water company bloody rip off. There’s only four of us living at the property and most of the time we are at work. Yet our bill is extortionate.
They are too expensive per cubic metre of water. I got to pay 60£/month with them but while I was living in Newham I used to pay as little as 184 £/YEAR with Thames Water. Such a huuuuuge difference.
Would give zero stars if it was possible. Not sure the actually employee anyone to answers calls. Expect to wait for 2hrs for some to answer. If i could use something else i would!! Avoid at all costs!!1
