I am attempting to change my address with General Accident – 20 emails later – most asking f the same questions, but from different staff, and I am still waiting. Also, I can’t get to speak to anyone on the telephone. 🤷♂️😤

I have just had my car insurance cancelled for the second time because they want my no claims bonus I have sent this to them 3 times now and they said it’s no good enough and you can plainly see it. I am 62 years old and don’t no any other way to do it so they keep charging me £50 per time. This company is a shambles specially for the older generation.
