There are times when you actually need to talk to someone to ask or resolve an issue. Unfortunately General Accident does not allow this. Probably the worst Customer service I have experienced. Their automated phone line runs you around in circles. No wonder people gave left terrible reviews.

It is like being trapped in the clutches of a money-grabbing machine. You cannot speak to anyone, you cannot get an answer from anyone. They have you trapped in an insurance policy that gets loaded by about 50% extra per year and it is impossible to get out of it.
