The customer experience was so bad, looked for 1 thing on 4 floors as nobody knew where it was… They were either saying that don’t know where it is, or that they were new and I should ask someone else. Although I appreciate that they have new members of staff, they should at least know what every floor has (inventory speaking).

First time I’ve been to Harvey Nicks in about 20 years. Not so many shoppers as back then. The cafe is very expensive, for example a club sandwich costs £22.00!! Needless to say we didn’t eat there!

They have the most beautiful windows at Christmas, well, the windows are always beautiful. Just this shop is on the pricy site, but a nice occasion to have a look at designer clothing.

Its my favorite spot to have High Tea in the 5th floor, they have gluten free scones and sandwiches, lovely gateway.
