Avoid! Non-existent customer service and ZERO transparency charging model.
Absolute scam service. They have double charged me £31 and refuse to refund. In addition to that, the service was purchased just before lockdown, and all restaurants were closed shortly after. I could not use the service at all, yet they STILL refuse to refund.

Scammers. Take money without authorization. Don’t allow you to cancel the plan and dont reply to customer service request at all or in any decent delay. Would not recommend.
Absolutely tragic customer service. When I am trying to pick up lunch and the restaurant is not making it available, what other than stress can you expect? So they do not offer a contact option, just great. Sad, as it used to work before.
