Took three weeks to completely replace everything in my washing machine. It would have been less to replace it and then the engineer left everything outside my house. When paying £17 a month. I have had the machine 9 years .totally disappointed with your service.

Thinking of leaving this company as I’ve waited to long for my issue to be resolved now. If your appliance is written off as unrepairable you do not get lime for like replacement unless you are willing to put a lot of money towards it so this is not ideal considering you pay each month for their cover.
