Same happened to me twice last week. I think the phone systems do it intentionally hoping you'll give up! Then when you get through the operator told me she couldn't find my policy! Don't give in , persevere!
I have been waiting 2 hours 22 minutes. I know Covid has an impact but so does being without my computer. And the joke is that when I track my repair I'm informed the company want me to contact them about the repair. WHY DID THEY NOT CONTACT ME??
Honestly. A lot of people quit. Me being one. They're majorly understaffed. To the point where the next time you call. It will probably be someone in south africa you speak to.

It's a JVC. They're pretty much bottom of the barrel TV's, software made by Vestel. Normally have issues once or twice a year.

I've been trying for 2 weeks and no joy !!. I've phoned loads of times at different times and waited on hold for over an hour each time, sent numerous emails and yet no reply. Terrible service
how do i find out when my extra know how repair cover runs out
Expiry date will be printed on the terms and conditions. If pay monthly this does not stop until you cancel it or the item is replaced. If unsure give them a call with your repair plan reference number.

i have sent a tv back with a fault the six digit number is 568871 it was supposed to be returned on the 09/06/2020I am still awaiting it ? I have tried phoning several times but alas no one wants to answer the phone

Hi you can not change the delivery time unless you have paid for it.
If the time does not suit you can call and change the date
