Terrible experience. They came with a washing machine from Curry’s but refused to take it upstairs because one of them had a bad wrist. Ten days until I could re-book a non-disabled crew. I cancelled the entire order. Curry’s should not be using this company.
This company are all about sales and profit… but once you’ve made your purchase, their support, care and professionalism is non-existent.

Ridiculous company. Was give a delivery date with a 8 hour time window estimate. After the window had ended and i wasted the day waiting. I was called and told “the delivery truck broke down”. More like their staff couldn’t be bothered and wanted to knock off. Hope i never need to use these people again.
They are supposed to repair the washing machine under the warranty, we did buy it in July 2020 and from 13/11/20we have no washing machine to use. They send their “ specialists” 3 times to repair it, last time 4/2/21, they said it’s fixed …
Awful customer service! Staff giving misleading information, collecting devices than sending them back without being fixed. Paying for the cover every month and they turn back at you saying you don’t have a cover and other jokes like that! Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else, waste of time and money
Absolutely disappointing, I was waiting for the technician to arrive whole day but did not turn in, didn’t even bother to give a courtesy call. Customer service staff was very inefficient, mis informative and misleading. The worst customer service ever
Absolutely couldnt recommend this lovely place enough. Food is fantastic portions are huge. Staff are welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. This is all done in an extremely safe and clean environment. Well done to all. Will be a regular customer.

Plenty of staff walking around, looking busy but not helping customers.

Most of the staff are nice.Good items, but needs it to arrive faster such as the delivery time for the phones are really slow. Good value for money.
