Manningham Housing Association are a small organisation, and we have around 1400 properties situated within the Bradford district. As you can imagine our customers who live in our properties are quite happy with where they are living, so hardly anyone moves out until the family are ready. Other larger Housing providers e.g., Bradford Council have 22,500 properties, Incommunities have 21,300 and Yorkshire Housing have 18,000. Please ensure to apply to as many housing associations to have a better chance of getting a property quicker.

Hi Deborah, The only structures that we allow our tenants to construct are garden sheds and tool stores. These are semi-permanent and can be removed when the tenant moves on. We would not allow a tenant to fit a conservatory as this would be a far more permanent structure and be very costly to remove if the property needed to be restored to its original state. thank you, MHA team
