Poor customer services from booking through to completion. All feedback shows customer service response to problems to be dreadful – I have seen this in reality
MARK WARNER REFUSING REFUND, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. CANCELLED OUR HOLIDAY AND SAID WE CAN HAVE A VOUCHER INSTEAD OF A REFUND, BREAKING THE LAW AND THEIR OWN T&C’S.
Oh dear, I had booked a refurbished room at San Luciano but I had not been told the aircon creates mould in the room and plenty of mould developed! Also, this resort does not have a local chef so the food is very British, as if you were in a 3 star hotel in Torquay. It was all very disappointing!
