There is no way to cancel you subscription or delete your card. They do not respond to emails and there is no other way to contact them.

Absolute scam. They start charging you subscription fees without notifying you. They also made cancellation hard and there is no way to delete your card details. Never trust them

This is a scam; restaurants are all closed due to quarantine but they refuse to issue a refund. Everyone reading this in the same position, contact your bank to do a ‘chargeback’. If enough people do it they won’t be able to take card payments anymore.

Absolute scam service. They have double charged me £31 and refuse to refund. In addition to that, the service was purchased just before lockdown, and all restaurants were closed shortly after. I could not use the service at all, yet they STILL refuse to refund.

Scammers. Take money without authorization. Don’t allow you to cancel the plan and dont reply to customer service request at all or in any decent delay. Would not recommend.

Absolutely tragic customer service. When I am trying to pick up lunch and the restaurant is not making it available, what other than stress can you expect? So they do not offer a contact option, just great. Sad, as it used to work before.

Very poor selection of food, if you work it out its actually overpriced. They even removed 4 prepaid meals from my account during the site redesign they said I had to pay to get them back. Nothing they could do hands were tied etc. Avoid.

Customer service ignores all of your emails – no messages on IG answered either. Trying to take payments I have not authorised. Stay away.

Very disappointing. Poor selection of food offerings, and like many others I have been scammed by their fake gift card offer.

Do not fall for any of their marketing schemes, they are the masters of deceit, you will end of losing time and money in the hopes of trying to save few £s.
