Avoid at all costs. 2 months and nothing and they dont even update my estate agent. Use anyone BUT NOT MOJO! Terrible is not even strong enough!
Was fine on phone to begin with, he said he had to make a few enquirys on our behalf, never rang back, to even say they couldn’t help. Really poor customer service, wouldn’t try them again or recommend them.
Spent a while chatting on the phone, sent all the Documents through and no response, I asked if the documents were ok and again no answer or response. Don’t waste your time, better companies out there I am afraid.
Any mortgage offer would only be valid for 6 months, so you could start looking in March 2024 for a new deal
