Make you go through a 10 minute online Survey with the promise of sending you through mortgage recommendations, to then have an email sent to your address (to presumably verify a live email), to then make you book a call with them to even see the latest rates. Absolute waste of time, L&C were much better

Had the initial call. First red flag was they called late. The lady i spoke too seemed nice and knowledgeable. But she said they’d call me back. They never did. Nor did she respond to my emails following up.

Once you’ve agreed to a deal, your case is palmed off to a handler. Over time you may then be palmed off to several handlers, so you lose track of who you are dealing with. They take a week to respond and fail to carry out simple instructions. Avoid and go direct as their offering is no better than the High Street.

Our experience with mojo was very professional and helpful to aid us in mortgage we received a call from them when they said they would on time and showed us step by step on what offers were available to us.

Was a bit sceptical at first of an online only broker, however was recommended Mojo by a family member. Pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised, Mojo staff were very helpful and helped secure a great rate mortgage, would highly recommend.

Makes you fill in a huge amount of detail online, and ends with “Speak to one of our brokers on this number”. Afterwards, they spam you with emails. Waste of time 🙁

Please avoid. They did not do what they said they would an provided me false information back from the mortgage supplier.
