I AM DISABLED AND TWO OF MY FRIENDS AS WELL. WE USE ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIRS BUT WHAT GETS US ANNOYED IS PEOPLE LEAVING THEIR CARS RIGHT ACROSS THE DROP KERB IN CATHEDRAL ROAD,CAN THE COUNCIL PUT MARK LINES ON IT TO STOP CARS STOPPING THERE.
It won't stop them .I have seen the moray council run busses parking on them .forcing me to find another drop zone further on. Also the drop zones on the north side of the high street are a joke .The taxes block them .
