My heating would not work . Phoned the emergency number and got the lovely guy who put me on to a lady who was lovely and so helpful . Within in an hour the guy came out and a real jolly nice guy . Stupid me just needed batteries for my thermostat . Delighted with all the people I spoke to 11/10

Never had a problem dealing with Moray Council….they have been helpful and courteous with my problems and very prompt dealing with household items not working or broken.

Would give zero stars if I could! Its definitely toss up between the DWP and The Moray Council for the least helpful people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to!

Staff are friendly depending on who you get. The only downside is how they have to shout out your name too all which I’m not very comfortable with but that could be just me.
