Why move the depo all the way into the middle of nowhere? Its so hard to get to and the previous location was within a reasonable distance.

This is a terrible company I advise no one to pay their customs charge if you do go and collect your parcel yourself I have called 5 times as they were meant to deliver on 4 occasions but failed to they lie saying they do not know what happened.
the Worst service EVER. I have paid for an Express service and I did not get my parcels and I have called twice and all they do is reschedule the delivery and take my number.The second time I called the had no idea about my parcel. Baisaclly Rubbish

My parcel is a day late and according to my postcode it should have gone to the Liverpool depot before delivery. Track my Parcel says its been in the Manchester Piccadilly depot over 24 hours now. Should I be concerned??
Absolute disgraceful service as usual. The christmas rush has finished and they still cannot deliver Next Day parcels next day. You have no excuse.
Waited in all day only to have them try to deliver it three doors down the street. They werent in so they got the card along with a card for a parcel they were expecting. not rocket science is it.

how can pick up my parcel, the tracking system said I had a failed attempt on the delivery but within 10 seconds of the doorbell being rang, there was no delivery man at my doorstep. Additionally, the delivery man did't even call upon arrival

This courier service is the worst in the UK, they are liars they say one time they will deliver and they don't arrive and lie and say they been and gone without even giving a card! They are not held accountable for anything they blame the drivers.
