Tried to drop off a computer for delivery today, told they ‘don’t do’ computers. Rang the Birmingham branch was told us that APC DO deliver computers. Has involved driving an additional 60 miles to take it there instead. To lie to a customer’s face is totally despicable behaviour. Seriously unimpressed.

Worst delivery company called me on arrival was rude and swearing on phone when I ask take the parcel up lift to first floor
