What you give is what you get and what you see is what you get. They will help you as much as you will help them, as it works both ways. In my experience when it comes to housing association is that this is a good one. Clear communication is all that it needs both ways!

The staff on reception are rude & nosey, you wait forever for repairs to be done, but quick enough to complain if you miss your rent, not that I ever have, in the last 10 years the repairs have got worse, they make more mess by the end & always seem to damage something during the process, if I could afford to buy my own house I would.
