Impossible to contact on the phone.

Very terrible

they don’t answer the phone

I’ve sent them my driving license details twice now, and I got another letter saying that they did not receive anything! The letter says urgent action is required and if I don’t respond I could get taken to court. I have responded!

Not even worthy of 1 star ! They never pick up the phone , I emailed them twice , no reply ! Sent my licence in in September, now December and no sign. In November due to start a new job, in desperation ordered a new licence from DVLA. Costing me £20 ! This service is not fit fir purpose, another Government waste of money RUBBISH

how can i get my license back ? I’ve been waiting for over a month and still no response! If you were able to return the license, how did you do it, please tell me who knows?
