NTC Contact Infomation

Hi James, I have had exactly the same problem in this car park. In fact it has happened to me 4 times this year. I have appealed all 4 invoices and on 2 occasions they have waived it. But with the other 2 they have decided to get DCBL to harass me. It seems to me they just make it up as they go, so in the unlikely event it goes to court i will present them with my evidence. Just remember to send all letters 1st class recorded and record all phone calls They are not fines BTW they are invoices.
