Why have I rung twice and no-one is answering the phone!!! And it cuts me off..bloody disgraceful behaving for a reception hospital. .
I've been trying to get through to rheumatology dept since Tuesday, rings for 3 minutes then cuts me off, how am I supposed to get appointment if they don't answer phone?
Why are nursing staff not making sure patients are taking analgesia when given to them . Nursing staff need reminding that when signing the drug chart they are signing a legal document stating they have given and observed drugs being taken.
Because they are keeping watch on staff stealing tea or coffee to drink!!!

This is our of order I'm a type 1 diabetic I'm nil by mouth its now been 13 hours with no food and sitting in a chair with suspected appendicitis this is terrible

Is there something wrong with the phone lines.??I have been calling for over 2 hrs It either rings for ages then hangs up.. or rings for ages, goes to welcome answerphone..rings for ages again to get you to switchboard then hangs up again!.Fed

Yes it is. A&E at the front of Hospital
Where about is phlebotomy
Though the entrance at the top car park follow the signs for phlebotomy not to far away very fast as well
How many visitors are allowed in maternity
Normally the only person aloud to accompany the patient, would be the partner or closest member to the patient. (Sometimes the person the patient feels comfortable with) A second person wouldn't technically be aloud to entre, but in some cases, this would be overruled.

To be fair all the doctors in all the departments are fantastic, but to be honest don't really think you'll get a choice which one you get to see, unless you decide to invest in bupa or similar

Yes, there is free WiFi available and TV can be paid for on the hospedia sets at the bedside

I have been trying to call my husband ward all day, nobody answer. When I call main reception and they transfer me, nobody can hear me!!!
I've had a simular situation, found out each ward has its own number and the one I was given was incorrect. Keep trying, good luck
