If I switch suppliers and I have paid Powershop in advance, How will I get my money back. Mr. Harper
If by the time you receive a final bill, you are due a refund, Powershop will refund you back on the available card payment on the account. In the instance you dont have a card payment present, you will be prompted to contact them.
Has anyone managed to get through to these people? Called the number and selected the new account option and remained on hold for an eternity...then lost the will to live and hung up.....
