Consistently unhelpful, non responsive, never gives full information, can’t keep to own deadlines or complaint system! Steer Clear! They are a shambles and I can’t believe they are still in business. They also increased their fees even though we aren’t and rarely have had ‘service’ from them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been dealing with salter Rex as a rental tenant for 3 years and they’ve looked after me very well. I’d single out Andy who’s an absolute legend and just about the opposite of that stereotypical estate agent we’d all rather do without.

Extremely terrible I can’t even begin to explain. Unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. We were going to take legal action against but they managed to work their way around taking responsibility when it very clearly was their job to help us. Stay away not worth the hassle under any circumstances 😊 …
