Are the most rude housing association iv ever known. They have lied and sent out fauls hope iv been sleeping in a tent and a car just coz I owe them a little money.

I have lived in a Saxon Wheald property for 2yrs the propertys are antiquated and should be demolished ... I have had to spend my savings to try and bring it to the 21st centuary the discription they give is untrue of the property.....
What is the average waiting time
Do they have older constructed 2 bed bungalows and what rent do they charge? Also what is the minimum annual income/pension would they accommodate to rent to a pensioner couple?
