Hi Roxanne. We currently have over 6,500 properties, of which 1,421 are designated for over 50's. The rest of our social housing properties are allocated through a bidding system which is available to anyone in need of social housing. Hope that helps! Eleanor

Quick suggestion: sounds like something (cooker, TV, fridge, set to boxes, kettle, light or bulb or other electrical appliance could be causing the issue. Unplug everything electrical on that circuit downstairs and see if the issue remains first). Check you have no water leakage into electrical socket it possible internal wiring from bathrooms and kitchens too.

Contact customer services by phone or talk to reception (note fobs may not be available immediately there and then all depending) but be say exactly that and they will help.
